Meagan Good's mom Tyra was in her teens at the time she was employed at Panorama City as a manager as well as her father Leondis Leon Good, a policeman with the LAPD. Her career in acting began at the age of four. She was raised in Canyon Country, California with three siblings. At the beginning of her career she worked as an extra on television shows like Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. At the age of thirteen, she was cast as the character Friday in the year 1995. First gaining attention during 1997 due to her performance in the role of Cisely batiste (a teenager who is struggling) as a troubled teenager in Eve's Bayou, for which she was nominated twice and received her N.A.A.C.P. The actress starred as Nina in Cousin Skeeter a Nickelodeon T.V. Between 1998 and 2001 she was on the program "Cousin Skeeter". The show ran from 1998 to 2001. She also played minor roles in the film House Party, Down to the Very Final Minute as well as 3 Strikes. The actress played Vanessa Scott on the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. She was nominated as Best Actress for the Black Movie Awards for 2005. The following years, she starred in many films, including You GotServed The Cookout Venom, one missed call Waistdeep and The Love Guru. In 2012, she continued to be active both on T.V. In movies, she portrayed Mya In Think Like a Man with an ensemble of stars and was the character the character of Ms. Stevens as Dysfunctional. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Born in Texas Killmer was one of the students at Baylor University in Waco Texas from where she obtained the B.F.A. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in the year 2010 and was a part of the performing arts. She started her acting career in the year 2010 when she starred in Simon Fuller's webseries, If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer, who had been in numerous local productions prior to making her debut on screen in 2010, made it part of Simon Fuller's Hulu show If I Can Dream. The show on Hulu, If I Can Dream revolves around the lives of a group of musicians who live on the streets of Hollywood California.
