
Julie Ellen "Tawny," Kitaen was an American actress and model. She was born between May 7th, 2021 until August 5 1961. Her career began as an actor on television, appearing in television films Malibu (1983), California Girls (1985). She also starred as Gwendoline, a comedy character in the Land of the Yik-Yak (both 1984) and Bachelor Party (1985). Kitaen was widely recognized for her roles in several rock music videos, including Ratt's (1984) "Back for More" Whitesnake's ("Still of the Night") and Whitesnake ?Ts ("Is This Love") (all 1987). In the early 2000s, Kitaen was first seen on reality television series, such as Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew (2008) which highlighted Kitaen's struggles with substance abuse. Julie Kitaen was the youngest of three children. She was born in San Diego in 1961 to Linda Kitaen (nee Taylor) an actress, a former beauty pageant contestant and Terry Kitaen who worked for an organization that made neon signs. Kitaen's mother, who was of Irish as well as Scottish descent, was married to Terry Kitaen (an employee of a company that made neon signs). Her father was Russian Jewish. Kitaen was educated Jewish. At the age of 12, she began to utilize the nickname "Tawny" and created on her own initiative. As a child she was diagnosed with dyslexia, which eventually led her to drop out of Mission Bay High School. Seven years ago, at 14 years old, with backstage passes after the Peter Frampton concert at Balboa Stadium,[8] she witnessed the high-end treatment that Frampton's girlfriend Penny and set out to attain it for herself.
